EVOLUTION OF LUXURY
INTRODUCTION BY THOMAI SERDARI
As the epicenter of luxury, Madison Avenue provides the best location for exploring how two concepts, the timeless and the trendy, continue to push the boundaries of taste across product categories. From highly visible Barneys to smaller treasure troves along the avenue, you’ll have an opportunity to experience design innovation in fashion and beyond while taking a break from the marathon of shows, relax, and enjoy some needed “creative” time.
Tour guides will lead participants to visit five carefully selected stores where a brand representative will provide a presentation of the features, store-experience design, merchandising, tech, and enhanced customer service practices. Each tour will last two hours.
